I would say being the MCP of AIESEC in Italy is an opportunity that only comes once, a privilege to lead the entity knowing what the previous 72 generations have sacrificed to reach this moment. And you could be the next one leading a generation that will pave its name in the history of our entity, creating a difference and a better reality for Italy.

  • The MCP of AIESEC in Italy is the representative of our Entity both internally and externally at least but not limited to (BoA, Alumni, AI, Global Network, Government).
  • The MCP of AIESEC in Italy is the guardian of the AIESEC Way, and all your decisions and actions must be driven by our organizational values.
  • The MCP of AIESEC in Italy is the final responsible to provide a clear direction, as well as a strong vision and effective strategy in a complex context that is constantly changing.
  • The MCP of AIESEC in Italy is the final responsible for building and developing and lead the national team.
  • The MCP of AIESEC in Italy is the final responsible for guiding and aligning the national plenary of AIESEC in Italy including LCs and National Board.

Global & External Block
1. How do you assess the current external relations of AIESEC in Italy? How do you want to improve them by the term 26.27 to make AIESEC in Italy enhance its presence and positioning in the Italian market and the global plenary?
2. What has AIESEC in Italy done for Italy so far? How do you envision the impact that AIESEC in Italy can have for Italy?
3. Define the 3 key external trends that are shaping Italy as a country. How do they affect AIESEC in Italy and how are you planning to act upon them?

Elections Guidelines

  • In case of changes in the selection process. Official applicants will receive a communication after the application deadline.
  • Applicants can't use their social media to promote their own application proposals and strategies.
  • All emails/bookings on calendar to the current national AIESEC network across their whole process should include the MCP in copy (starting from Application writing process).
  • Silent Period: starting from January 9th until end of Elections day all MCP applicants must enter silent period to ensure complete focus on the process and transparency in elections period. In this process they're not allowed to communicate with any MC member about MCP process and with any other members of the nationnal network for all topics and may refrain from network communication and network management.
  • The President of AIESEC in Italy is elected according to the National Law, the Statuto and the National Compendium. You can access the national compendium from here.
  • Any missing guideline can lead to elimination from the process directly.

Application Submission Guidelines

  • Send one “.zip or .rar” file named as “MCP_Name_Surname” with all the documents in it.
  • Make sure you create separated files for all documents.
  • The application must be written all in English.
  • You will receive a confirmation within 48 hours validating your application.
  • You must submit your application through the link below!
